BIOS Firmware
Software upgrades to the CPU Basic Input/Output Subsystem
(BIOS) firmware for the Stratus ftServer T series computer
systems operating ft Linux®
software. Contact Stratus Customer Services or your support
provider for assistance installing this firmware.

Update AA-G93130
CPU BIOS firmware to 19.0.0-A1 on T30 (T-Series) systems
operating ft Linux® software release 2.X and above.
(Alert #2508, FCO-24680)
It is not mandatory to update CPU BIOS firmware
to 19.0.0-A1 on T30.It is however highly recommended
that the BIOS firmware be updated to 19.0.0-A1 to
support newer M235 Memory DIMMs on T30-CO systems
running ft Linux® software release 2.X.

Update AA-G93130 CPU BIOS firmware to
21.0.0 on T30 CO (T-Series) systems operating ft Linux®
software release 2.1 and above. (Alert #2323,
FCO-060557)
CPU BIOS firmware 21.0 is ONLY mandatory
for T30 CO systems to support AA-M23500-LF 1GB memory
DIMMs. CPU BIOS 21.0.0 was released to operate on
existing T30 CO systems with CPU AA-G93110 but is not
mandatory due to no bugs being fixed for these CPUs.
